Our Mission

We create homes, support people and improve communities in New York's Hudson Valley by using a broad spectrum of housing programs and services. We help people find a place to call home by addressing issues of homelessness, rental assistance, frist-time homebuyer education, homeownership, rehabilitation, energy efficiency and weatherization, foreclosure prevention, "aging in place" and supportive housing programs. We also have a reputation for excellence in property management (15 housing sites with 500+ residents) and real estate development through historic preservation, adaptive reuse, creative placemaking and new construction.
