The East Tennessee Housing Development Corporation (ETHDC) is a community-based housing development organization (CHDO) dedicated to providing quality, affordable homes for low to moderate income families in Knoxville and the region. While our primary focus is homeownership, ETHDC also encourages overall neighborhood revitalization and community engagement in areas where we develop housing opportunity. Economic empowerment of low income residents through financial coaching also significantly shapes our work.
