Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT) is a community-based nonprofit organization offering Durham, North Carolina residents with low and moderate incomes a stable housing foundation. DCLT builds strong communities by developing, managing and advocating for permanently afordable housing, and for residents to achieve economic security. DCLT is one of the oldest land trusts in the country, having worked to preserve affordable rental and owner-occupied housing for thirty years now.
